Meditation, (om meditation, cyclic meditation, sound mind resenace technique) For the mind (manomaya kosa)
Surya namaskara - Salutation to lord son to gain more vitality and divine power,
Class timings Monday-Friday (Morning Batch) 6:00 am to 7:00 am (Combined)
7:00 am to 8:00 am (Combined)
9:00 am to 10:00 am (Therapy Yoga)
11:00 am to 12:00 pm (Ladies Batch)
Monday-Friday (Evening Batch) 05:00 pm to 06:00 pm (Children Batch)
06:00 pm to 07:00 pm (Combined)
